Its customer base skews toward warehouses, logistics providers, cold storage facilities, manufacturers, and mining operations, all of which depend on reliable power to keep forklifts and material-handling equipment running. The business is vendor-neutral, maintaining relationships with multiple leading battery manufacturers while positioning itself as a technical service provider rather than a pure box-mover.

The model blends one-time product sales with a sticky service layer: preventative maintenance programs, emergency repairs, equipment rentals, refurbishment, and recycling.
