Full Editorial Writeup
This is a Florida-based installation contractor operating since 2008 that executes retailer-originated home-improvement projects. The company handles the full project cycle: measurement, scope documentation, scheduling, installation, coordination, completion, and customer follow-up. Rather than fighting for direct-to-consumer leads, it fulfills work funneled through a long-standing relationship with one of the nation's largest home-improvement retailers, spreading that demand across six Florida districts.
The model is deliberately asset-light. A lean centralized management and admin team coordinates an established network of independent subcontractor installers, so the business scales geography without carrying a large internal field workforce or heavy equipment. That structure keeps overhead low and gives the buyer a cash-flow profile that reads more like a coordination and logistics business than a traditional trades contractor.
Revenue grew roughly 51% from $3.73M in 2023 to $5.62M in 2025, with seller-reported cash flow of $778K. The owner is retiring and will stay on for 6-12 months. At $3.5M, the deal prices at about 4.5x cash flow, and the entire thesis rides on the durability and transferability of that single national retail relationship.
